Din ciclul: "Nu vrei sa-ti lustruiesc si pantofii?"
Am dat de un anunt pe Creative Cow...Mi s-a parut cel putin amuzant, nici pe pagina de cariere de la CIA n-am vazut asa ceva:

ABOUT US
We’re a motion agency in San Diego that’s growing a little too fast and we need another good video editor. We’ll start off on a contract basis, and if it works out, we’ll move to part-time, and then full-time as the work load increases. We only have this one position open. We’re not interested in saving resumes for future reference. We’re not interested in interns. We don’t want a recruiter. And we prefer to remain anonymous at this stage.
ABOUT YOU

1. How many hours have you spent editing? (minimum 10,000 hours)
2. Are you available for work Monday through Friday during business hours? (answer must be yes)
3. Do you complete your work on or before deadlines? (answer must be yes)
4. Yes or no, when people talk of your work, do they say you are fast? organized? creative? ambitious? (minimum three yes answers)
5. How do you feel about collaborating with and supporting a senior editor, learning his style, organizing and archiving his files, helping him film on set, helping him meet deadlines, in addition to working alone on certain projects in all aspects: creative, music selection, editing, graphics pass, client communications, etc.? (answer must be positive)
Please continue, but only if you have met the requirements in questions 1 through 5. Thanks!
6. List current editing programs you know and how many hours you’ve spent editing in each.
7. List current graphics programs you know and how many hours you’ve spent on graphics passes in each.
8. Any experience behind the camera?
9. List names and phone numbers of the latest five work references, along with the date and type of work performed.
10. Where did you go to college?
11. Is that where you learned to edit?
12. Why are you an editor?
13. What’s your dream project?
14. What was your favorite class in school, at any age, and why?
15. What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to do?
16. What’s your favorite kind of cookie?
17. What is rope and how can it be used?
WHAT NEXT?
Only if you have met the minimum requirements above, please submit this application along with your best reel and any other information you think we may find of interest. We’ll definitely contact the most impressive applicants right away and do our best to impress you back.
Thanks!

People go through life looking for different things. Some want money. Others crave fame or are driven by sex. Many are motivated by family. And a few just want love. As for me, I’m looking for an epic or legendary low-recoil assault rifle with a high degree of accuracy, a rapid rate of fire and the ability to do a lot of damage. Oh yeah, and a decent-size magazine wouldn’t hurt either.
